Vodka

Compass Distillers vodka is 100% grain to bottle. We exclusively use local Nova Scotian wheat, which is then fermented, distilled and bottled in small batches at our distillery on Agricola Street. Our vodka in particular is distilled twice over a total of 28 plates on our custom Vendome Still; never filtered. Enjoyed straight up, on ice, or with your favourite mix.

Taste: extremely smooth, clean, and creamy.
