Made from a base of 100% Nova Scotian wheat which is fermented, distilled, and bottled in small batches. Compass Gin is infused with juniper, cucumber, citrus, cilantro, ginger and black pepper to create a gorgeously light, crisp and flavourful gin. Perfect with tonic, in a martini or cocktail.
