Entertain yourself and guests with these recipes featuring your favorite Compass spirit.

Tropical and fun

Start with a glass filled with crushed ice. Into a shaker tin add ice cubes, 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice, 3/4 oz lime juice and 3/4 oz orgeat. Shake well and strain into your glass. Slowly pour 1-2 oz of Gin Royal into the glass until you have a beautiful layer on top of the cocktail. Garnish with a pineapple frond and a dried lime round.

Lavender Gimlet

Fresh and fragrant

Start by chilling a coupe glass. Add 2 oz Gin, 3/4 oz Lavender Syrup, 3/4 oz Lime Juice to an ice-filled shaker tin. Shake well and strain into the glass. Garnish with a dried lime round.

Boozy London Fog

A nice twist on a classic

Start with a warmed toddy mug. Add 1.5 oz of rum or vodka and 1.5 oz of London Fog Syrup. Top with warm or steamed milk and garnish with cinnamon.

The Salty Dog

A citrus pup with a salted rum

Start by taking your coup glass and give it a half salt rim. In a shaker tin add 1oz Vodka,1oz Tio Pepe Dry Sherry, 0.5oz grapefruit cordial, 1oz fresh squeezed grapefruit juice and a few dashes of Grapefruit and Hops Bitters. Shake well and double strain into rimed coup glass. Pin dehydrated grapefruit cup to glass as garnish.

The Lush

Vegetal and refreshingly herbaceous

Start by chilling your coup glass. In shaker tin add 1oz Aquavit, 1oz Tio Pepe Dry Sherry, 0.75oz fresh squeezed lime juice, 0.75oz simple syrup, fresh mint and muddled cucumber. Shake well. Double strain into coup glass with fresh mint pinned to the side as garnish.

Pretty and aromatic

Start with a glass filled with ice and fill 3/4 with Fever-tree Aromatic Tonic. Aiming for an ice cube slowly pour 1-2 oz of Gin Royal on top to create a beautiful layered effect. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lemon curl.

The Beeline

High & Heavy

Start with a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Add 2 oz Compass Gin Wild, 0.75 oz lemon juice, 0.75 oz honey syrup & 5 rosemary needles to your shaker tin. Shake well and strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with lemon twist and a rosemary sprig.

Royal Martini

Colorful classic

Start with a mixing glass filled with ice. Add 2 oz Compass Gin Royal, a dash of dry vermouth & 2 dashes of Compass Aromatic Orange Bitters. Stir until chilled and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon.

Hibiscus Sour

Tropical and vibrant

Start with a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Add 2 oz Vodka, 3/4 oz Hibiscus Syrup, 3/4 oz Lemon Juice, 1/2 oz Egg White or Aquafaba to shaker. Shake very well and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnsih with a dried lemon round.
