Nauss' Reserve Rum

Back by popular demand! Named in honour of Jack Nauss, owner of Nauss Bike Shop, which once stood where Compass Distillers is now.

Our black rum is made from sugar and molasses, and is crafted from a blend of new oak and ex-Bourbon barrels, slightly back-sweetened with organic black strap molasses.

On the nose this delightful rum has subtle characters of vanilla and dried fruit. The taste offers notes of black strap molasses, brown sugar, dates, and cocoa.
