Bitter Orange
A bittersweet treat for the patio
Start by chilling your coup glass. In shaker tin add 0.5oz Vodka, 0.5oz Tio Pepe Dry Sherry, 1oz Aperol, 1.5oz fresh squeezed orange juice and a few dashes of orange bitters. Double strain into coup glass and pin dehydrated orange chip to glass as garnish.
Distillers Mojito
Minty fresh and shaken to perfection
Start by chilling a Collins glass. In a shaker tin add 2oz Rhumb, 0.75oz fresh squeezed lime juice, 0.75oz simple syrup and fresh mint. Shake well and double strain into Collins glass with ice. Top with club soda and garnish with fresh mint and dehydrated lime chip.
The Salty Dog
A citrus pup with a salted rum
Start by taking your coup glass and give it a half salt rim. In a shaker tin add 1oz Vodka,1oz Tio Pepe Dry Sherry, 0.5oz grapefruit cordial, 1oz fresh squeezed grapefruit juice and a few dashes of Grapefruit and Hops Bitters. Shake well and double strain into rimed coup glass. Pin dehydrated grapefruit cup to glass as garnish.

Vegetal and refreshingly herbaceous
Start by chilling your coup glass. In shaker tin add 1oz Aquavit, 1oz Tio Pepe Dry Sherry, 0.75oz fresh squeezed lime juice, 0.75oz simple syrup, fresh mint and muddled cucumber. Shake well. Double strain into coup glass with fresh mint pinned to the side as garnish.
Garden Party
A herbaceous promise of things to come
Start with a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Add 2 oz Summer GiNS, 0.75 oz lemon juice, 0.75 oz simple syrup, 3 basil leaves & 2 dashes of jalapeno bitters to your shaker tin. Shake well and fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a basil leaf.
