Our newest Beer Whisky is a collaboration between Unfiltered Brewing and Compass Distillers.

This whisky originated as an Imperial brown ale recipe crafted by Unfiltered Brewing, which was distilled in 2019 and matured in new oak barrels until 2023. Aged for just over three years, this whisky boasts unique notes of dark chocolate, dried fruit and spice, with hints of peach and apricot.
